RBC Direct Investing introduces Electronic Statements

RBC Direct Investing clients can now choose to view their account statements online quickly and easily with Electronic Statements (eStatements) instead of receiving paper statements in the mail. eStatements look exactly like the paper statements that clients currently receive and can be viewed through the RBC Direct Investing online investing site as an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file.
These eStatements will be stored in our secure online archive for seven years so clients can view their current and past statements at their convenience.+ They will also be able to save them to their home computers or print copies when needed.
With eStatements account information is secure and protected from mailbox theft. Plus, the paper savings will help to protect the environment.
This new eStatements option is available for both personal and non-personal RBC Direct Investing account holders.
+ At least one of your previous statements will be immediately available through the online investing site. As you continue to receive your statements online we will store them for up to seven years.
