Criteria Used for Bond Selection:
- Issues are currently available from our inventories in sufficient quantity.
- Pricing near par or as close to par as is possible for any given maturity range.
- Yields generally exceed Canada bonds or other bonds with similar term and credit ratings.
- Minimum DBRS rating of A(low). For bonds rated A or A(low), outlook should be stable to improving, and not with a negative trend or under review with negative implications, as per DBRS.
