Rep-Assist is Here when You Need Help

Rep-Assist photoWith our Rep-Assist service, an Investment Services Representative can use screen-sharing technology to guide you through the online investing site anytime that you have questions or when you'd like assistance using specific tools and resources.

To use Rep-Assist you simply call us to speak with one of our representatives who will use the screen-sharing (also known as co-browsing) technology and assist you, by seeing what's on your computer screen.

 

You can use the Rep-Assist service to:

  • Navigate any of the tools including Goal Setting and Analyze & Rebalance
  • Understand how to interpret your rate of return
  • Help you to open a new account and to transfer funds
  • Find out answers to questions you may have about particular features of the RBC Direct Investing site

How Screen-Sharing Technology Works:

During the screen-sharing session, an Investment Services Representative can see your desktop and everything that's open on your screen, and can use a pointer to help guide your navigation. However, you will maintain total control of your computer at all times and no one but you can enter or submit any information.
