How to Protect Yourself
- Always sign out and close your Internet browser at the end of each online investing or banking session
- Keep your Password confidential at all times and do not share or store your Passwords on any devices
- Use Multi-Factor Authentication
- Frequently review your online Account activity, statements and trade confirmations
- Turn on transaction alerts in your RBC Mobile app so nothing slips by unnoticed
- Access only verified RBC websites and bookmark trusted sources to avoid phishing risks
- Call us immediately at 1-800-769-2560 if you believe someone else knows your Password, or if there is any suspicious activity in your Account
